FOOD SUPPORT

Beginning November 1, Advocacy Queen is offering temporary grocery support for Washington residents whose SNAP benefits were stopped during the government shutdown.

Eligible recipients must fall into one of the following categories:

1. Working single parents who lost SNAP benefits

2. Elderly adults on fixed incomes who lost SNAP benefits

3. Individuals with disabilities who lost SNAP benefits

Support includes direct food bank referrals and grocery assistance for perishable food items not covered by food banks.
