Advocacy Self-Defense® – teaching community members how to advocate for themselves, navigate systems, and stand firm. This experience equips individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to confidently move through legal, governmental, and social service systems. Offered as either a comprehensive four-week program or an intensive one-day experience, it empowers participants to achieve self-sufficiency through effective self-advocacy.
Advocacy Excellence Training® – training service providers to better serve, empower, and equip their clients toward independence. This training program is designed for professionals working with vulnerable populations, teaching them how to advocate effectively for their clients while empowering those clients to advocate for themselves. It focuses on strategies that promote client independence and long-term self-sufficiency.
Direct Advocacy – showing up when called to testify, write letters, speak out, or stand in the gap on behalf of marginalized, vulnerable, and silenced groups. This extends beyond instruction by providing real-time advocacy in action. Whether it’s supporting community members at public hearings, drafting letters that influence policy, or lending a voice at critical decision-making tables, Direct Advocacy ensures that the concerns of low-income, fixed-income, Black and brown communities, and others who feel overlooked by systems are heard, respected, and addressed.
